Finishing:

  1. Fasten off your yarn and weave in all loose ends securely using your yarn needle.
  2. Gently block your Thalposh if desired to help it lay flat and enhance the stitch definition. You can do this by lightly dampening it and pinning it to a flat surface until it dries.

Tips and Variations:

  • Color Changes: Get creative with colors! You can change colors every round or every few rounds to create stripes or other patterns.
  • Yarn Weight and Hook Size: Using a different weight yarn and corresponding hook size will change the finished size of your Thalposh.
  • Larger Size: To make a larger Thalposh, simply continue repeating the increase pattern in the earlier rounds (Round 3, 4, 5, etc.) and then continue the established stitch patterns in the subsequent rounds.
  • Different Stitches: Feel free to experiment with different stitches in the middle rounds (like double crochet or even treble crochet) to create different textures.
